Our experienced team works closely with our clients to identify the objectives and audiences of their events. Once these have been mapped and determined, we will start strategising the event’s concept, from the overall vision and theme and to the small production details, taking into account a multitude of creative and technical details and ensuring that the event runs in the smoothest and most engaging way possible.
We will oversee and coordinate every single aspect prior, in the course of and after the event, thus allowing you to focus on socialising and interacting with your guests. This includes locating and liaising with the right venue and making sure it is used to its full potential, using our in-house equipment and/or outsourcing it when needed, catering for any specific requirements that the participants may have and ensuring that they are left with the finest impression.
We also look after the digital management of your event, and are able to facilitate real-time, live streaming from the venue, interactive mobile apps for various activities, online management of invitation sending and attendance confirmations, as well as collecting and analysing feedback from participants after the event took place. We also operate a designated team that specialises in online marketing and branding, so that the event reaches and appeals to your target audiences.
